The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to declare the CA Foundation May 2025 results on 6th July 2025 at 5 PM. Students can check their results online by visiting icai.nic.in and using their roll number and registration numbers. 2. How to Check CA Foundation May 2025 Results Online?
Follow these steps to view your result:
Visit icai.nic.in.
Click on the “Foundation: May 2025” result link.
Enter your Roll Number, PIN or Registration Number, and solve the captcha.
Click on “Check Results”.
Your result will be displayed. Download or print it for reference.
3. How to Download Your Scorecard?
- Go to icai.nic.in or icaiexam.icai.org.
- Click on the May 2025 result download link.
- Login using your registration number and password.
- Click “Check Result”.
- Your result will be visible. Download and print it.

- Admit Card: Check your registration and roll number printed on it.
- Helpline: Call ICAI at 0120-3054 851/852/853/854/835 or 0120-4953 751/752/753/754.
- E-Sahayta: Visit help.icai.org and raise your query.
6. Statement of Marks
Students who score more than 50% in aggregate will receive the CA Foundation May 2025 mark sheet. The statement of marks will be sent to the registered address within two weeks after the result declaration. If an applicant does not receive it within two or three weeks, they can email ICAI at email_examhelpline@icai.in.
7. Verification of Answer Sheets
Students can apply for verification of marks within 30 days following the result announcement. If the verification results in a change in marks, ICAI will refund the verification fees. To apply, students need to send a handwritten application with the requisite fees to ICAI, written in the same medium (Hindi or English) they used for the CA Foundation Examination, and it must be signed. The verification process may take 6 to 8 weeks. If the verification result is not received within this period, students can contact ICAI officials at dms_examhelpline@icai.

Register for CA Intermediate for the September 2025 or January 2026 attempt.
